Picture your ideal home.

How do you feel when you walk through the door?

Many of us yearn for a tidy space, with comfy corners to relax with loved ones. The good news is, you can start creating that today in your current home.

When you simplify and arrange your home more intentionally, there are numerous benefits;

Having a home you love reduces stress

Having less stuff means less work and less cost (tidying, cleaning, fixing, replacing, insuring) and more time and money for other things

When you reduce electromagnetic radiation at home, sleep and health can improve dramatically

We typically we experience better self-esteem after simplifying

Children appreciate and take better care of their belongings

Children learn about environmental responsibility in every sense

If you’re unwell, there’s more opportunity for mental and physical rest and proper recovery

When there’s less gear in the house, there’s less family discord around losing & finding stuff

Less unnecessary shopping frees up money for important purchases or experiences

Less harmful chemicals in your cleaning and self-care routines allows your body to detoxify and reduces symptoms

It’s easier and less stressful to have friends and family over

The less-is-more mindset can be the most valuable gift you ever gave yourself and your family

Your Options

What I want for you and all my clients is the best result for your time and effort. In my experience supporting clients for many years, the KonMariTM method produces the most profound transformation and so this is the process I wholeheartedly recommend. If you’re interested in giving yourself the gift of joy, freedom and a beautiful space, this is how it works.

We always start with creating a clear vision of your ideal outcome; what clearing out and tidying up will give you, what you want to come home to. When we really commit to taking care of ourselves in this way, magic happens!

I encourage you to tidy by category rather than by room and in the most effective order. Completing the process in this way is the road to permanent change and the benefits ripple out beyond your home to every area of life.

When the clearing out is complete, it’s time to consider great storage solutions for your belongings so your space truly sparks joy. Please, no buying pretty boxes and clever gadgets beforehand!

In my years of coaching, I’ve seen that, wherever we start on our journey to growth, whether in our homes, our health, our relationships or our finances, it leads to beneficial change elsewhere. Starting in our homes, however, is a fast-track. By examining our ‘stuff’, we also consider our habits and beliefs and have the opportunity to finally let go of what’s no longer serving us.

So if you’d love a sort-out but keep putting it off, you can use this simple and kind process to tune in with what lifts your spirits, let go of what doesn’t and rearrange your favourite items to create a calm, uplifting space.

We can work together wherever you live, as long as you have a good internet connection.

              Wellbeing Coaching

As a wellbeing coach, I support clients struggling with chronic fatigue syndrome (also known as M.E.) and fibromyalgia to fully reclaim great health and energy.

Recovery from this complex and isolating condition isn’t an overnight job but is absolutely possible. You’ll learn about the “Domino Effect” and why you experience such a wide-ranging set of symptoms and we’ll consider where you are in the 6 Phases of Recovery. Then we’ll delve into why it’s happened to you personally and look at different elements of life that will be having an impact on your health.

Using a specific tried and tested set of protocols, we’ll piece together what the critical steps are for you to reverse the downward spiral and spring back to living a full and balanced life.

Why did I specialise in Chronic Fatigue?
I suffered with this debilitating condition with very little support for over ten years. I absolutely get the frustration and humiliation of often looking fine and yet feeling so incredibly ill. On the worst days, the fatigue was so crushing I wondered whether my body would be able to carrying on breathing. I remember the confusion of not knowing what was going on, physically and mentally, and when and how I’d recover; if ever.

I work now as part of a specialist team at the Chrysalis Effect, award-winning online programme for recovery from ME/chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. Within the team, most of whom are recoverers ourselves, we have an array of skills and therapies, from nutrition and naturopathy to EFT and hypnotherapy, all of which my clients can draw on at the most appropriate time in your journey back to good health.

How does the Chrysalis Effect Online Recovery Programme work?

The Chrysalis Effect Online Recovery Programme is delivered by weekly email and brings you information, interviews, meditations, exercises and challenges. It educates you about chronic fatigue at the same time as gently inviting you to take consistent, small steps towards your recovery. Elaine Wilkins, who designed the programme, went through the illness and recovery process herself so it was created with the reality in mind of just how limited a day’s activity can sometimes be. A wealth of content is accessible 24/7 and includes a supportive online forum with others in the process of recovery and practitioners, many of whom have come through the programme themselves, and are now in excellent health again.

Why do I need a Wellbeing Coach as well?

From experience, the best and most consistent results are achieved by those working with a Wellbeing Coach trained in the recovery process, such as myself, on a one-to-one basis alongside the online programme. I can then tailor the 40-week programme as we go along, to address the areas that will give you the best results at each stage, according to your specific situation and triggers. I can also offer you oodles of virtual hand-holding and all the personalised support you may need when you hit inevitable bumps in the road. I’ll believe in you and your recovery maybe even more than you do at times.
